Life Unlocked provides coaching services, group programs, workshops, retreats, events, and digital courses designed to support personal and professional development. Services are delivered predominantly online (for example, via Zoom sessions, phone calls, and digital materials), with occasional in-person sessions, seminars, or events as specified in the program or event description. 2. Payments

• All fees are stated in the currency specified at the time of purchase and must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan before access to services is granted.
• Payments may be made by credit/debit card, direct debit, or other payment methods we make available.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (for example, via a payment link or direct debit authorization we provide to you during or after our consultation).
• By providing your payment details and completing the transaction, you authorize us and our payment provider to process your payment in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Refund Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in our services, you agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly.
• Respect confidentiality within group programs.
• Not record, copy, distribute, or resell our materials without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, coaching frameworks, branding, logos, and website content remain the intellectual property of Life Unlocked. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are educational and coaching-based. They do not replace medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own results, decisions, and actions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Unlocked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
